Click Login/Login Request to login to the Dues payment Portal.
You may enter your User Name/Password OR your QR code from the back of your UA card / last 4 as the PIN to access the system.
Example: Your UA card # is 0000000 your username will be 0000000537. Your password is the last four of your SSN
Download the ISAQR App on your Apple or Android device and scan the back of your UA card with the ISAQR App.
Once you are logged in:
Please click 'Dues' to access the Dues Payment page.
Your current amount Owed will display. You can change the number of months you wish to pay by clickling the 'Minimum Dues and Assessments Payment and changing the # of Months.
You may click 'Change Profile' to update your contact information or change your username/password.
